How are 9-hole rounds entered?
For convenience, 9-hole rounds may be entered the same as 18 hole rounds. You will need to have the proper slope and course ratings for the 9 holes played and will likely need to enter this information as a custom course. Check the scorecard or the proshop for the slope and rating information.
9 hole rounds will be treated as a complete round, in the same manner as a 18 hole score. Users still have the option of combining 9 hole rounds into 18 hole rounds, then entering into our system. To combine 9 hole rounds, add the 9-hole course ratings and average the slopes to determine the course ratings and slope that will be entered as a custom course.
For example: Combining Two 9-Hole Rounds |
| Score 1: 43 | Rating: 37 | Slope: 120 |
| Score 2: 40 | Rating: 33 | Slope: 116 |
You would enter: |
| Score: 83 | Rating: 70 (combine ratings) | Slope: 118 (average slopes) |
